         In Berwick upon Tweed 



Sir      Inclosed are two Bills drawn by Bell Cookson & Co. on Glyn & Hallifax for the One hundred and six pounds seven shillings as above, which agreeable to your Letter, of the 14th instant, I have endorsed to Mrs Ann Armorer or order, in return for the two receipts you inclosed me, signed by Henry Collingwood Esqr. ; for the Interest & part of the principal Money due on Sir Walter Blackett’s Bond to him & Mr Wilkie in trust for Thos. & Willm. sons of the late William Armorer of Berwick.  You will please to let me know by the return of the post, that you have received these Bills; otherwise I shall apprehend a Miscarriage & be induced to stop payment. The Dukesfield Smelters and Carriers Project aimed to celebrate and discover the heritage of the Dukesfield Arches & lead carriers' routes between Blaydon and the lead mines of Allendale and Weardale.
