Sir Richard C. Glyn & Co. Bankers, London Newcastle 26th 1804 Gentlemen, Inclosed you will receive two Bills value Three Thousand one Hundred & ninety one pounds, six Shillings & Threepence which you will be pleased to place to the Credit of Thomas Richard Beaumont Esq’s Account with you & advise me on your receipt. I observe by Mrs Beaumont’s Letter of the 21st Inst. that you will place £15,000 in the Bank of Messrs Veres Lucadou & Co. the 28th Inst. on Account of the Bank of Sir W[ilia]m Loraine Bt Baker & Co who have agreed to accept my Bill on you of that Date at six Weeks Date for £8,000-0-0. Colonel Beaumont paying Discount on the same; I shall accordingly draw for that Sum; likewise for £8,000 payable in their Favor at sight. On the 31st I shall draw on you for ab[ou]t £800 of which I shall further advise you; as I shall the 12th June next for about £1,900 at Thirty or Forty Days Date. I am etc. J. E. B.
