Mr Isaac Hunter Dukesfield Newcastle 17th July 1804 Mr I. Hunter I am desired by Tho[ma]s R[ichar]d Beaumont Esq to acquaint you that he shall not have any further Occasion for your Service as Agent at Dukesfield after the 31st December next, at which Time you will take Notice that you must quit the House & Premises to such Person as the said Tho[ma]s R[ichar]d Beaumont may appoint to succeed you as Agent at Dukesfield, you delivering up to such Person all Books of Accounts or other Accounts, Receipts Bills & all other Papers & Writings, whatsoever in your Custody relative to the Concerns of the s[ai]d Tho[ma]s R[ichar]d Beaumont Esq or in any Manner connected therewith, & likewise such Furniture & Fixtures in the House as may be the Property of the said Tho[ma]s R[ichar]d Beaumont, you reserving such part of the Barn, Stables, & Out Houses appertaining to the Farm (as T. R. Beaumont’s Steward Mr W[ilia]m Thomas may approve of) until the first Day of May 1805. I am etc. J. E. B. Mr Isaac Hunter I do hereby for & on behalf of you Landlord Tho[ma]s R[ichar]d Beaumont Esq give you Notice to quit the Possession of the Farmhold Outhouses & Premises situate at Dukesfield in the County of Northumberland which you now hold under him on the first Day of May next ensuring the Date hereof.
