Farnacres 16th November 1770 Mr Bell As soon as our other Business would permit we took under our consideration the Lead Carriage between Langley Lead Mill and the Hospitals Warehouse in Newcastle and have determined to make an advance of One Penny Per Piece, the prices and conditions as below and you are desired to acquaint all the Carriers with this alteration.
