If he comes to you & gives you regular Notice that he will Continue no longer, then you must let the mill for one year on the best Termes you Can, & if that be what you mean there Can be no objection to the persons who now offers the forty shillings more. but pray cannot this be let alone till one of us is wth you at Keswick at the net Court. I am obliged to you for the accot. you give me of Keswick mine, which pray continue once a month or oftner.
