Novr. 14th 1797 – My dear Sir, Enclosed I send You a letter from Mr. Bell stating his Opinion about the work done at the Abbey, under the present situation of the Health of Mr. Newton I really think it would be much better to finally settle with him, as at present there does not appear any necessity for an Architect, and he never can be able himself to attend. I have wrote to Mrs. Beaumont by this Post. I hope that the dispute about Harehop Mine is getting forwards with. I am my Dear Sir Most sincerely Yours Tho. Rd. Beaumont.
