Messrs Finlay Hodgson & Co  London				Oct 19th 1833



      I have duly received your esteemed fav[ou]r of the 15th & 17th inst, the former advising the sale of two pieces of fine Silver and the payment of the net Proceeds to Mr B[eaumon]ts credit at Glyn & Co am[ountin]g to £561..5..0. The letter advising the Receipt of Cheque from Mr W[ilia]m Parker for Lead and Interest am[ounti]ng to £1646..7..10 which will be carried in due course to his credit.

      Mr Parker stands further indebted in the sum of £190..9..6 and £2..9..7 1/2 three months Int[erest] for 50 Casks Litharge purchased Nov 21st 1832 and due in Cash on the 21st July last. This am[oun]t may as well be added to his Pay[men]t of £1335.7.2 due the 8th of Nov next charging Int[erest] up to that time. Messrs Maltby & Co have purchased 2000  p[iece]s of the Hudgill refined Lead of Messrs Newton Lyon & Co and 667 Pieces common Lead purchased of you in Jan[uar]y last. The rate of Litharge allude to in Mr K<urdes> Letter was 35 Casks – 10 Tons at £15 and not 35 Tons. PS I have written to Grace & Freeman to enquire what number of Pieces they wish to be shipped in one Bottom – please to forward the letter to them
