To Mr Chris. Denton London Newcastle 11 Nov Dr Sir I send you herewith inclosed copy of a Lre I rec[eiv]ed last night from Mr Jeffreys, wch I desire you will comunicate to Sir Walter, who I hope is got well to Town. Mr Geo. Lisle has also sent a copy to his Bro[the]r & desired him to write you his sentiments upon it by the next post so that if Mr Jeffreys is in earnest & has given his Agent full authority to conclude the matter as Sir Walter pleases& do everything incumbent to secure the money awarded, wch I presume both Sir Wr. & Mr Lisle will insist on all proceedings at Law I imagine may be suspended except the affid[avi]ts ag[ain]st Neale, who Mr Henzel advises to punish if he do not imediately repay the 15 Guineas. Mr Henzel is a good deal better, but not well enough to think of a journey. PS. I will send a bill to pay lady Mansells ann[ui]ty in a few posts. Pray let me know if I must send you the W. Kenton acct. without Mr Beaumonts £200 wch I cannot get. I am etc JR
