Madam!		January 20th 1822

Mr Beaumont left directions for the first Salmon that was taken to be sent to Bretton Hall.  The fisherman has brought in the first he has taken this afternoon which I have forwarded on the Mail of the day.

The Dukesfield Smelters and Carriers Project aimed to celebrate and discover the heritage of the Dukesfield Arches & lead carriers' routes between Blaydon and the lead mines of Allendale and Weardale.
