      The other side is a Coppay of my last & the Inclosed come from my Soliciter aboue [above?] so you may Perceive Sr John <put> me to all the Charge he Posably can Expect a <Coming> Down out of Chancery about 10 or 12 of january, to Examin both you, & my Self, for what clear moneys you have recd, & what paid me for the three Last half years <Rent > viz since my wife died, so shall Expect every post to have a line from you, tht you have made absolute end with the tennants, you must bring with you the three last half years Rentailes, with the Disbursments you Know have Copy of the two first at Newby also the third with you & a Copy of it being they are to be sent to London after you & I have sworn to the Recpt & payment besure fail not to write to me every post & be ready in a days notice to Come to Newby with the Remanider of the Rents, you had better bring a bill for it by reaason there is robing on the road Mr Wilkinson mr Wray or mr Fenwick will furnish you with one what you have occation for
