To Mr Chris[tophe]r Johnson Attorney at Law Newcas[tle] 10th May 1766 In Durham Sir Master John Blackett son of Sir Edward Blackett whose name was inserted in the Lease of Redburn which Sir W[alte]r Blackett renewed the beginning of this year, is dead; I therefore desire you will apply to Dr Gregory the Master of Sherburn for a renewal and I shall in a little time send you certificates that Sir Walter and Geo Robson who are the two other lives, are living, and will also send you the name of the person to be inserted in the new Lease; which I hope you will be able to obtain for the same Fine as the last.
