Sir      Mr John Bell has acquainted Sir Wr. Blackett of the Minute he had from you about Middleton hall Tithes, who bids me give his Compliments, & write you that Those tithes were conveyed to Greenwich Hospital on the 12 May 1769, when he was in London.  As to Caldgate Mill Sir Wr. understand that all his Tithes in Ilderton Parish are sold  -  if therefore the Tithes of Caldgate Mill Grounds are not specifically conveyed to Lord Tankerville, whom Mr Bell was told after he saw you that Estate belonged to, Sir Walter says he is ready to convey them to his Lordship or whoever you may learn has a right to them.
