To Mr Isaac Hunter at Dukesfield Newcas 13th Janry 1772 Sir I have this day received by the Hexham Carrier a Box containing two pieces of Silver from Dukesfield Refinery the weight of one of which is Nine Pounds & Twenty ounces & the other is Eight hundred & Sixty Nine Ounces. I am sorry for the Accident to your Knee & hope a little time & Care will bring it to rights again. I shall speak to Mr Reynoldson when I see him to let you know what Lead he has received he has been infirm since the late Flood & has not yet made me up his yearly Ticket. Last week he was complaining that Mr Walton has not been Down nor sent him an Accot . of the Rookhope Lead as Mr Harrison always used to do. I shall be glad to have your pay as early as possible this year I am etc HR
