To John William Bacon Esq[uir]e Newcas[tle 29 Febry 1764 At Newton cap near Durham Sir In June last I gave Mr Rutter the usual Acco[un]ts of your proportion of Weardale Rents, for the year 1762, amounting to £126.9s.3d ; & desired he would let me have that money in a month or two : Because I was satisfied you would choose to reimburse Sir W[alte]r Blackett as soon as you knew what your proportion came to. As I have spoke to Mr Rutter for this money several times, to no purpose ; I am under a Necessity of troubling you, & of begging you will give directions for the payment of It. I am he H R
