Sir                Sir Walter Blackett told me he had seen Mr William Errington and that there was an End of the Affair  about the Corfrods & that he has given you directions accordingly, so I thought it unnecessary to write after you have given the Six Bunches that were cut in Mr J[o]n[atho]n Erringtons Ground to his Agent Mr Bullock, as Sir Walter ordered; then you may sell the other thirteen to Mr Robson, or any Body else and whatever you get for them must be charged particularly in your Rental. Mr Robson must not take them to Gunnerton Coll[ier]y without paying you something for them. When the Submission is signed by the Offenders against the Mills, the original should be kept among the Records at Hexham; but it will be very proper to find me a copy of it to be kept in Sir W[alte]rs Office here. P.S. I desire to know how much money you think you can let me have about the middle of next month, along with the £300 wch Mr Ellis says he has ready for me.  I am etc     H R
