Sir

	Sir Walter Blackett & Mr. Lawson Armstrong have this day executed Arbitration Bonds for adjusting their Disputes about Canney & Hobshole Fisheries by the Award of Mr. Lambert and Mr. Marshall, as you will see more particularly in the inclosed Ingrossements of the Appointment of the Umpire.  Sir Walter desires you will give his Complimts. to Mr. Lambert and desires he will join Mr. Marshall in chusing an Umpire & proceeding in the Reference without Loss of Time & that when they have agreed upon an Umpire you will fill up the Blanks in the inclosed Appointments & get the Referrees to Execute them & then return them to me.
