To Mr Forster at Wallington Newca[stle] 14th June 1768 Sir On Sunday last I wrote Sir Wr upon belief only, for I had got a Cold that kept me at home that day, that I had the Articles for both the farms at Ryal and that the plan was at Wallington but I find that was a Mistake for when I got to the office I found the plan & William Hepple’s Lease here; but cannot find any thing of Richd Dunn’s Article which is for 21 Years from Mayd[a]y 1764 at £135 a year. I desire you will search for it & if you meet with it that you will send it by the first opportunity to Mr John Bell at Hexham & I shall send Hepple’s Lease and the plan thither also For there is to be another view and examination into the value of the grounds to be exchanged between Sir Walter & Mr Errington & it is agreed that the Arbitrators shall be furnished with these Materials to inform their Judgements in the Case. I hope you have got something settled with Mr Charleton about the Coals on bank at Gunnerton Coll[ie]ry & the Materials that he is to enter to there – it is not his business to be in a haste about it but if he shews any backwardness I desire you will let me know. P.S. If the Work mentioned in the inclosed Note has been done by Geo Bowlt I desire you will sign & return it. I am etc HR
