To Richard Wilson Esqr Newcas. 30th Novr. 1772 In Leeds - Yorkshire Sir Mr. King says you have agreed to let him retain his Rent as usual on paying Interest for it and therefore I have made up my Rental & sent it herewith - One part is signed by me and if you will sign and return the other I shall send you a Bill on London at a short date for the balance - Mr King says he will remit you his Money himself as soon as he is able - If he should want a Bill for that Purpose I shall furnish him with one - And if your new Steward shall at any time want Information from me I shall readily tell him any Thing I know concerning your Estates. Sir Wr. Blackett will be obliged to you if you will return by the Carrier the Abstract you provided of the Title Deeds and transactions relating to his Estates. They will be much wanted soon on Accot. of an Application to Parliament P.S. Inclosed are Copies of Ralph Smiths and Mr. Grahams Notes I am etc HR Inclosed also is a Letter from Jos King that shews he is in Arrears
