Sir      Inclosed is Bell and Co’s bill on Vere & Co for One hundred & Seventy pounds Eighteen Shillings; being the balance of the Acco[unt] of West Kenton Rents due at Mayday last as you will see by the inclosed account which I have signed.

You will please to advise me of your receipt of the above Bill; & to sign and return me the Copy, which I have also inclosed you, of the said Account.

Mr King agrees to pay legal legal int[e]rest for the arrear from this day till martin[ma]s neat, unless he discharges it sooner.  I am he etc or he                                              H R 



Note in margin   P.S.  Yo[u]r order as to Messrs <Keadlessy> int[e]r[es]t extended no further than <towt> was then due < part missing> that on any future occasion I shall want a fresh order.
