Sir

	 Mr. Joseph King having at last paid me his Rent I have here sent you my Accot. of your Kenton Rents for the half year Ending Martin[ma]s. last & desire you will sign & return me the Duplicate - The Balance of this Account is Three hundred & thirty two Pounds nineteen Shillings & threepence for which Sum I have here inclosed you Bell and Cos. Bill on Castell & Co & desire you will advise the Receipt of it or let Mr. Hebdin do it by the return of the Post - Inclosed is Copy of Rt Tomlins & Jno Harle’s Notes, & also Mrs. Ken Headlam’s Rect for her interest.- Weatherburns Lease will be out at Mayds next & the farm may be advanced - But I will get S. Wr. Bts. Land Steward to give me his Opinion, as soon as the Corn is off the Grod. & will let you know it - the houses of this farm will want Reparation       I am etc       HR
