Honrd Sir

	Mr Fawcett says the £1000 is to be lent in his Name & that it is ready so I wrote to Mr Darwin to have a Bond prepared against your return to London which if you please to Execute & send to Mr Blackett He will receive the Money.  But I doubt the £1000 paid Mr Trevelyan the Expence of the Election with the Pays etc which last Article comes to about £18500 will make it most prudent to use this Money than to pay Dr Blacketts off at present.

	I have answered the Letter from Mr Hutchinson wch is an unreasonable one as his Estate is considerably advanced by the Neighbourhood of your Mill; tho’ now & then an Accident may happen

	The hogshead of Ale will be sent as you ordered to Mr Cornelisson as soon as the Season will allow which Mr Evans thinks will be in March.  Mr J Parks Guild is called & he may take up his freedom at any time

	I sent to Mr Aubone & have wrote to Mr Faber about John Horns Money - Mr Bell would write you that the fisheries could not be let to Satisfaction.  So they are only let for one Year from 10th Octor last to Anthy Lambert & partners for £370.  Mr Blackett went yesterday with the Money to make the Pays for the Leadmines & the Stewards are to take care till they receive further directions not to exceed 46s a Bing for the whole Charge of their Ore - for the price of Lead is not yet likely to mend.
