	Mr Forster writes me that  he agrees [:struck out} his Wife agrees to assign her intrest in the reversion of the Leaseholds, to Trustees for the benefit of all his Creditors.  so Mr Gibson as soon as he has your direction, will proceed to take the Assignment etc.  Mr Forster says nothing about his account, therefore I have wrote to him to hasten him.  I have wrote to Mr Laidler about letting Donkin Rig to J Straker according to Mr Darwins Letter & sent him Mr Forsters Letter containing the proposals.  Mr Forsters conduct has been so contrary to good Faith that no dependence can be had upon him in any transaction whatever & if a good Land Steward could be found the sooner you were done with him the better.  Mr Laidler, if he could write better, seems to have sufficient Qualifications: but this is what you are the best Judge of.  I have written to Mr Duffield about the two Drainers; but Mr Blackett, since I wrote says, he does not expect them for about two Months - Your return hither may contribute to your Health; it will certainly lend to the Adjustment of your landed Affairs, to your Satisfactions

	Mr Blackett desires I will mention that he goes to morrow to Wooler & will return on Saturday; & that he proposes to be at Wallington on the 27th instt which is the Rent day - before that day I hope we may get all settled with Forster; provided he sends his accot; and an answer to my Letters to you & Mr Darwin of last Friday is received in Course of post and no unforeseen obstacle comes in Mr Gibsons Way.  Your own arrival here in good Health against That day will give real Satisfaction to etc     HR
