Hon[ou]r[e]d Sir

I wrote to Mr Hutchinson about Mr Spearmans Money the same post I rec[eiv]ed yo[u]r letter but have not yet had an Answer. I cannot find the abstract of the title deeds of Ord Estate & do not remember receiving it since Mr Coll. Forster got it. The enclosed  I receivd on Fryday from Mr Walton abo[u]t the tithes of Middleton hall w[hi]ch the Com[missioner]s are now desirous of purchasing & w[hi]ch he hopes it is not too late to do. 

Mr Peareth & Mr Cookson were to have met on thursday last at yo[u]r office to examine the acco[un]ts etc of Weardale Mines but Mr P was prevented. Mr Cookson mentioned that he thought Mr Peareth & he sho[ul]d be requested by you to make this Exam[inatio]n & the Estimate of yo[u]r profit or Loss by Weardale Mines in order to the forming a judgement what sho[ul]d be p[ai]d for renewing a Life so it may be right if you please to inclose me such a Letter as I can give if necessary to Mr Cookson to allay his scruples. I have ordered the 3 Kitts of Salmon & will send the price of each. I am sorry you are not well & believe you will have better health in the Country than in London. I am etc     HR
