To Mr Darwin Greys Inn London                                                           Newca[stle] 1st Decr 1769

Sir

Yesterday I received the Deeds relating to the Title of Woodcroft Estate, by the Coach, agreeable to your Letter of the 24th of last Month; and shall take care to retain the parcell w[hi]ch you have made an Endorsement on, that they are not to be delivered to the purchasor of Woodcroft, as they relate to Winlaton as well as That Estate and must be kept to go along with the Trust Estate. When Mr Fawcett, before whom the purchasor desires these deeds may be laid, has done with them, I think it will be best, if Sr Wr approves of it, to return you this parcell again; to be put as before, with the other Deeds of the Trust Estate. I wish we had Mr Dunnings Opinion on the Case about the Tithes of Hallington & am etc    HR
