Sir      Agreeably to Sir Walter Blacketts new Order for quarterly payments, to be made by you in London, I have here inclosed you my Bill on Plumb & Browne for Two hundred & thirty six pounds & desire you will place the same to his Accot. & send me the usual receipt for this Sum on Accot. of the s[ai]d quarterly payments to 31 March next.   As to the £400 trust money remitted you on the 23rd  Novemr. I can say no more about it than I did in my Letter of the 2nd Decr. last - so when the 3 per Cent consol. are opened you will be so good as Act according to it.  I wish you many happy Years, this being the first opportunity I have had of doing it since the new one came in &     am etc    HR
