Sir

	I sent you on the 27th Janry last by Sir Wr Blackett the purchase Deeds of OverHuntrods Estate wch. you were to deliver to Mr Chesters in Chancery Office as soon as you should receive some Admittances necessary to complete the Title - Accordingly I have here inclosed you copy of the Admittance of Lance March & Robt Willan as Heirs of Ebenr. Wardell to the prem[is]es datd. 22 April last - And also Copy of the Surrender from Wm. Chapman <Extor> & Lan March & Robt. Willan Heirs of Ebenr. Wardell & Isaac Hunter & Wife to the Revd. Mr Salmon of the <Sd premes> for an Augmetation of the Curacy of Ninebanks in the Manor of Hexham dated 22 April last - so that now the Title is compleat in the Governors of Qu[een] Ann’s Bounty - you, on delivering the Deeds to Mr. Chester will present for payment the two Bills which Sir Walter sent you on Sir Jeffery <Elwes> on the 10 Janry last - you will please to advise me of the receipts of these Copies  & write Sir Wr. when you receive the money

	Mr. Widdrington having heard that my Brother lodges now & has done these Six Months at Mr Brignels, Jeweller, in Northumberland Street, desires me to acquaint you of it
