Inclosed is a Copy of the Articles of Agreement between Sir Walter Blackett and Mr Wilson for the Sale of Kenton: and to expedite Matters as much as possible against the 18th Novemr next, when the Money is to be paid, I have given Mr Wilson the Abstracts which I had of the title Deeds of the Estate and told him that you could furnish him with all that is subsequent to those Abstracts; which I had from Mr Denton. Sir Walter desires, as I wrote you before, that you will do all you can towards getting the writings done against the 18th Novemr, for Mr Wilson will then pay the Money upon Sir Wrs giving a receipt for it on the back of the Articles, & I suppose he will from that time enter into possession of the Estate.

Mr Green will give no more than £100 for Crosby’s rent charge. I am etc    HR
