Dear Sr

	The Ore from Alston came on Saturday Night but I did not know We begun to Smelt this day, and if <Salter> does anything that is worth writing shall Communicate in the afternoon.

	As you are upon the Spott push for a score of Leases being filld up and gott signed or so forwarded as to doe what you can in it before you leave the town.

	Joseph Todd of Newbrough and Parish of Nether Warden for Land Ends

Joseph Pigg of West Brokenhaugh and Chaplery of Haydon and Parish of Mether Warden.

Thomas Walker of the same for Altonside

Nich. Glenwright of the same for Vauce and Loaning foot White Chapple John Bell of the same and Pt.  Haltwhistle Parish

John Bell and John Fairlam for Haydon Town Farm in the Chapplery of Haydon.

Geo: Coates of the same Parish for Easter Brokenhaugh

John Coates for Woodhall in Do. Parish in the Manor of Wark

David Brown and Geo: Nicholson for Coastley in the Parish of Hexham. Should not they be Separate Leassers. 

Mr John Ridley of Parke End in the Parish of Simond Burn for Westwood in Hexham Parish. Included the Limekilns

Robt. Martinson of Hexham parish for highwood

Mark Cook for Dinnetley in the Parish of Warden and Chaplery of Haydon 

The Meldon People are great Farmes and should be among the first, its in the Parish of Midford and Chapplery of Meldon

Needless Hall is in Hartburne Parish

Mr Smart is in the Parish of Bamburgh

Rowley Graham the same

George <Murton> the same

All these before mentioned are in the County of Northumberland .

All Scremerston is in the County of Durham & Parish of Ancroft

Peter Hughes, Humphrey Hughes and Wm Hughes for Middleton Hall in Warden Parish and County of Northumberland 

Mr Pantoun  I guess from Mr Emmersons Letter is for Selling his ore; Mr Ellison has wrote this day to Mr Emmerson about buying it. I am
