Sir

	I am favoured with your letter of the 24 Ulto & am concern’d for the Death of your Worthy Partner Mr Plumb.  Inclosed you have your Account wch on examination if you find right I will with your leave draw a Bill on you for the Balance.  I shall send you the Silver as usual & have not the least doubt of meeting with the same Exactness & Punctuality as heretofore. The Dukesfield Smelters and Carriers Project aimed to celebrate and discover the heritage of the Dukesfield Arches & lead carriers' routes between Blaydon and the lead mines of Allendale and Weardale. A two year community project, it was led by the Friends of the North Pennines in partnership with Hexhamshire and Slaley Parish Councils and the active support of Allendale Estates.
