Dear Sir	Your favour of the 8th Inst with the two Deeds came to my hands yesterday, I have executed them, & they will be returned to you to morrow by the Leeds Coach, directed to you to be left at the Straffords Arms Wakefield.  The Cash Account shall be made out & sent you as usual.  but the Rentals have not been sent me by the Stewards.  The Answer which Coll Beaumont has to put in, to Lancaster’s Bill, has been sent to you some days since, as well as a Copy of a Letter from Messrs Lancaster & Co to me wch I fortunately found amongst the Letters of the late Sir Thos Blackett, and which I hope may be of material consequence in the present litigation.  I acquainted Coll Beaumont that in the scarcity & high price of Corn, I had found it advisable to order a quantity of Rye from Hamburgh for the Miners, & that it was necessary to have a Credit on London for the Amount, & I accordingly wrote to Messrs Ransom & Co desiring them to Honor the Bills which may be drawn on them for the same by Messrs Burrows & Son, the amount of which on being advised should be remitted to them, I send you inclosed a letter from Messrs Ransom & Co who wait for your directions.
