Gentn.        Inclosed are two parts of your Account with Sir Walter Blackett Barot.; one of which I have signed and I desire if you find the other is right that you will sign & return it to me     I shall on Tuesday the 10th instant draw a Bill on you payable to Messrs. Bell Cookson & Co   at thirty days date for Eight hundred Pounds which I desire you will please to accept & place to the Account of Sir Walter Blackett  _  At the End of this month I shall send you a piece of fine Silver of which shall advise you. The Dukesfield Smelters and Carriers Project aimed to celebrate and discover the heritage of the Dukesfield Arches & lead carriers' routes between Blaydon and the lead mines of Allendale and Weardale. A two year community project, it was led by the Friends of the North Pennines in partnership with Hexhamshire and Slaley Parish Councils and the active support of Allendale Estates.
