Sir     Inclosed you have an Accot.  of the Intrest due on Sir Walter Blackett’s Bond & Notes to the late Major Carr amounting to £27 & likewise a Bill on London for that Sum; when Miss Carr & you have signed the Receipt you will please to return it me.     Sir Walter Blackett desires me to acquaint you that the Bond & Notes amounting to £1200 will be paid off & that he will make it convenient to you & the Ladies so that you may have the Money any time you please within twelve Months.     I desire you will let me know what time will be agreeable to you.     My daughters who are with me at present join with me in respects & best wishes to Mrs Rolleson Miss Carr and yourself.
