Sir	I wrote to you of the 23rd ult informing you of the Sale I had made of 24,000 p[iece]s of lead since which I have only sold 150 Casks Lith[ar]ge at £18 per Ton, I much fear that Lead is on the dropt , & I shall be under the necessity of reducing the price of the next large quantity I sell for the London Market __ I send you inclos’d Eden Ridley & Co Bill on Castell & Co dated the 6th ins[tan]t at a Month for £2500 the rec[eip]t of which please to acknowledge					I am etc   J.E.B
