Sir As I am going from Home in about Two Days & may be absent about a month I now inclose you a Bill drawn by Bell Cookson & Co on Castell & Co dated 4th instant at 40 days date for £200 to enable you to make the quarterly Payments on Sir John Trevelyans Account from the 30th June to the 30th Septem[be]r next for which you will please to send me your Receipt as usual. Mr. Fawcett & Mr. Wilson of this Place are preparing Deeds to be executed by Sir John Trevelyan & Sir Thos. Blackett wherein they Covenant to produce certain Deeds in each others Possession upon being called on for that purpose. Now these Gentlemen are apprehensive that the Schedule Mr. Darwin sent down is not exact & you are desired to wait on Mr. Wright the Banker & Compare the Schedule in his hands with one that shall be sent you by the Fly on Monday next Mr. Morrow the Father of the Young Men that pay you a Sum half Yearly on Sir John Trevelyans account is an Agent for Sir Thos. Blackett at one of his Lead Mills but I fear we shall be under a Necessity of displacing him owing to his being almost constantly in Liquor & should that be done I believe his Sons will be no longer under an Obligation to make these Payments of which I shall inform you.
