Mr Thomas Wall Paper Buildings Newcas 8th July 1778 Temple London Sir I am favoured with your Letter of the 25th Ulto. & observe that you have received £15 of Mr. Morrows being the 3rd payment due on their Bond which Sum you had placed to Sir John Trevelyans Account. Mr. Ralph Heron Attorney in this place is concerned for Sir John Trevelyan & had his directions to advertise the Sale of Ord Estates & the Fisheries & to correspond with you on this Occasion. I understood Sir John had acquainted you with it. Mr. Heron has wrote to you on the Subject to which I refer you. Inclosed you have Messrs. Bell Cookson & Cos Bill on Castell Whately & Powell dated the 7th instant at One Month for Two Hundred Pounds to make the Quarterly Payments on Sir John Trevelyans Account from 30th June to 30 Septem[be]r next for which you will please to send me your Receipt as usual.
