Gentn	As the Remittances, to enable you to pay the Annuities due from Sir J Trevelyan Bt will in future be made to you by Mr W Winship of Wallington, Mr Blackett desires that you’ll will send him your stated Accot from the 30th June last to the 12th Inst as his Account with Sir John will close at that time                                       I am etc  J.S

The Dukesfield Smelters and Carriers Project aimed to celebrate and discover the heritage of the Dukesfield Arches & lead carriers' routes between Blaydon and the lead mines of Allendale and Weardale. A two year community project, it was led by the Friends of the North Pennines in partnership with Hexhamshire and Slaley Parish Councils and the active support of Allendale Estates.
