To Mr Christr. Bell Farnacres 31st March 1771 Mr Bell I have looked into the Lead Carriers Accounts and find that John Corbett was paid 13 d P Piece for 18 pieces of Henry Arthurs the 23rd of March 1770 and at the same time Wm Addison was paid <13d> for 32 pieces. Henry Arthur said at Hexham when I was last there that he brought the 18 pieces to Hexham and that he carried the 32 from a little above Hexham to Newburn so he seems to be entituled as below. I desire youll get this matter settled if you can. I am Your Hble Servt N W Junr.
