	Herein I send you three Bills amounting Twelve hundred & Twenty pounds which I have made you D[ebt]o[r] for this day made of Rents & Proffitts of the Derwentwater Estate.

Edwd. Browns Do on Wm. Stephenson dated 14 Do at 28ds                  £20
