Dear Sir

	We were favoured with yours of the 11th Janry Inst in due course and are sory to hear our Quietus is not yett obtained, but as you are so kind as repeat your good offices in that affair, we Doubt not but you will get it for us in the time Mr Hunter mentions. when it is Compleat if you would be so good as acquaint Mr Benja. Skut in Kings Street  St Anns London by giving him two Lines he will wait upon you or Mr Hunter for it and pay Mr Hunter his Fees.

	This day our Cash Accot. is sent Mr Corbett by which it will now be soon in your hands, but as it will be giving you a great deal of Trouble, we think it will be better to make the Abstract here according to the last years plan, which after you have Examined if any Alterations are necessary you will we Doubt not make them and return it to us to fair draw and sign and make a proper Affidavit to it. A new Rental is also making ready which will be sent you as soon as Finnished in the mean time you will be very kind in sending us the Quarterly Contingent Payments which pray be so good as order your Clerk to draw out or any thing else that you se necessary.

	Inclosed we send you a Bill on Mr Benja. Skut for ten Guineas which we desire you will accept of in Consideration of the trouble and Expence which will attend you in the setting the accot. ending the 31st December last. As Colonel Liddell has now gott his Lead Mine Lease we hope you will hear from him in a few days if you have not already .

	We will gett you a piece of black lead and send it as soon as we can and are to yourself your family and all Friends
