To Mr Mulcaster Farnacres 30th. June 1776 Mr. Mulcaster, We have reced. your Letter of the 20th and now take the first Opportunity of answering it. The Parlour you are desired to get Sealed, and also to get the Yard before the Doors Walled in, as you propose, but it must be Walled with Lime, and Coped with Flaggs laid with a Drip from the Houses so as the Water may run off on the Outside of the Wall. We propose being at Hexham on tuesday Sennt. but if not there, then shall be there on Wednesday Sennt. and desire to see you if you are not otherwise engaged.
