      Ravensworth Castle July 13th  1739

To Wm Corbett Esqr



Sir

	We have drawn out the parcells of Each farm for filling up Fifty four Leases of farmes on the Derwentwater Estate with the Rents Per Ann. time of Comencement, Terme of years, & all other pticulars which Mr Radley required: which we Send you Inclosed as also an abstract thereof. That part which Relate to the Tenants grinding at Woodhall Mill must be altered in all such as we have remarked and every Tenant must Covenant to Repair a Rood of Hedge for every pound Rent, you will be pleased to forward the Dispatch of these as we will follow with severall others till all is Completed.

	As the Season Spends for building we have been obliged to Sett forward some of the Repaires without the Boards Confirmation and as there will be time too little to het those finished wth now are before Mr Maule we hope the Board will not only Approve of what we have done but forward the Confirmation of the whole and we are

The Dukesfield Smelters and Carriers Project aimed to celebrate and discover the heritage of the Dukesfield Arches & lead carriers' routes between Blaydon and the lead mines of Allendale and Weardale.
