Sir

	Inclosed is our cash Accot for the Month of June last on which there is a Ballance in our hands amounting to One Hundred & fifteen pounds four shillings & Tenpence in favour of the Hospital.

	Inclosed is also our Quarterly Contingent Accot. for three Months Ending 31 March las for the Boards Approbation amounting to £58:2:1. We should have sent it sooner but we have been so Hurryed with the Keswick Courts, And the Repr[esentatio]n upon the Estate, that it had Slip’t our Memory but we hope the Board will Excuse us    we are

   Woods upon the Derwentwater estate in 1737 as by Note	              £40  -  -



Febry 4th Pd Mr James Hopper postmaster of Durham for postage 

   of Lettes from 31 Dec 1737 to 31 Dec 1738 as by Note	                2  6  2

9th Pd Mr Richd Greive under Sheriff for the County of Northumbeland 

   fo the year 1737 for Levey Money on £5:5 he levied on the goods of 

   james Wilkinson pt of an Arear of Rent for Scremerston Mill              -  5  -

12 pd the Expence of Riding Langley South Common boundry & seeking 

   Witnesses when the Dispute happened between Walter Blackett 

   Esqr & the hospital 	                                                    1  -  7

24 pd John Atkinson for 2000 Quicksetts or Thornes he pd for & 

   planted in Newtonhall estate	                                        - 12  -

28 pd Mr Fran. Thibou what he disburst for letters to this day 

   on the Derwentwater Accot.	                                              -  8  7

March 8 pd Mr John White for advertizing the Dues of Lead ores to be sold 

   for the year 1738. 5/6d and also for advertizing the prohibition of 

   peoples making a Road & breaking down of walls of old Meldon Park 5/6d   – 11  -	

14 Pd John Bickerdike what he pd on accot. of Repairing viz: 

   for Lead.g Deales and Laths at Aydon Shields               £- 15  2

   for Wherryage of Timber, Deales & Laths, from New[castle] 

      to Newburne and used at the following place Viz:
