Sir

	Inclosed herewith we send you the Generall Accot. of our Rece[ip]ts & payments as Rece[ip]ts of Rents Isues & profits of the Der—wr  Estate from the 14 Novr 1736 to the 31 Dec. last, by which there then remaind a Balance of £398-0-2 ½  in favour of the Hospitall agreeable to the Supplymental Cash Accot. we sent to the Board. And upon this general Accot. is Shewn the Rents to Mart[inma]s last, and Arrears to that time as allso the Arrears Standing out in the respective Tennants hands the 31 Dec last, for which they remain D[ebto]rs. You have allso Inclosed the Pticular Accot of Arrears Shewing what is due from each Tennant, which youwill Observe agrees in the Sum Totall of every estate with the Generall Accot.  We were Yesterday swore to the Accot. before Mr Airey who is a Comm[ission]er in the Exche[que]r & there is a proper Affidavit annex’d to the Accot. so that we hope every thing is done by us that we are capable of doing , as necessary for passing the same, but if anything is further wanted we shall be ready to give the Directors any further Pticulars or satisfaction we are Capable of.

	We are Informed there will be a passing of Accots by the Chanc[ello]r of the Exche[que]r at or abt the rising of the present Session of Parliam[ent] so that we desire you’ll give the Accot. all the Dispatch at the  Board which is Consistant with their dispatch of other busyness, as the having it passed by the Chancellor of the Exche[quer] once in every year woud be a great satisfaction to us, & your assistance therein, will greatly oblige Sir Yours &c
