Sir

	We reced yours of the 30 Decembr. last when we were going abroad, and since we came home, have been so Engaged that we realy could not answer sooner, we likewise reced yours of the 13th janry instant in due course, and are much obliged to you as we are to Mr Horne for the Hint you give us in relation to Dilston Hall, we have never yet been concernd in the most Minute Article under the Hospital nor you may be assured we never will, and indeed we are very easy and no way disappointed in this.

	This Day pursuant to your Direction we have drawn upon you for the undermentioned particulars, paid upon your accot. for Oates and Bareing, and as Oates are now lower than they have been in our marketts for some time if the George comes in so as we can have the advantage of next Saturdays Markett day , we will fill your sacks and returne them by her. in April is the very worst time for Buying so that if you have roome to lay them your best way is to lay in a stock now.

for which have drawn a Bill dated this day payable to Mr Benja Shutt 10 days after date.



	Mr George Claughton  who mett Mr Boag at Darnhall  has not yett been been paid anything for his trouble, Expences and loss of time on that journey, but we have ordered him to make his demand, which after he has done we will lett you know before he is paid, that you may give such directions as you think proper therein.

	Mr Thompson will we expect write to you this post in relation to the Survey of Darnhall Estate if he did not doe so the last.

	We are very glad to hear the little Horse you gott at the Collonells proves to your liking and doe not doubt but he will Continue to perform many 30 miles days works in your hands.

	The Gentleman in Scotland  has not been so kind as to answer Mr Boags letter in which was Inclosed the Draught of the Lead Mine Lease, which makes us suspect he does not act fairly by us, and we are doubtfull may convert that which was intended for ours to his own use. When we have any notice abt it you shall be acquainted therewith. And we are  Sr Yours &c
