Sir

	We were favoured with yours, and in answer you may depend upon having an Honest and Experienced borer sent to make Tryalls for Coal in your Estate at Westchester when ever we have your orders for it, in the meantime if you can get any information, what Prospect here is of Coale, it will be of use & in any thing that we can give our advise in be pleased to command us.

	By next Post we will draw upon you for the two p[ar]cells  of Oates . 

	In order that no time should be lost in the examination of our Accot. by the Clerk of the Cheque, we sent him a Coppy of it, which he writes us he has shewn Mr Hunter, who has some objection to the method it is made up in, and he having proposed its being made up in another way we desire you’ll postpone laying that we sent you before the board. We are also afraid the Directors should take it amiss that we should send a coppy to Mr Maul before it came before them, which if they should do, we beg you will apologize for us; as we had no other view we do assure you but to gain a little dispatch by it.

	We are glad o hear you are like to get forward with your bill in Parliament, as the commissioners will have power given them, that will greatly conduce to the benefitt of the Hospitall  & we are
