To Wm. Corbett Esqr



Sir

	Since ours of the Sixth of September last we have reced a proposal from Mr Thomas Westgarth the present Tennant of Grey Mare Colliery & another from Mr William Storey for Lorbottle Tyths.

	The former proposes to take to farm Greymare Colliery on Lease for 21 Years at the Yearly Rent of £85 & 80 Fothers of Coales for the use of Dilston hall determinable for want of Saleable Coale on Twelve Months Notice. This we think the full value of the Colliery & that there can be no objection to Mr Westgarth as he will be a good Tennant.

	The Latter viz Mr Wm Storey proposes to take to farme Lorbottle Tyths on Lease for Seven years at the Yearly Rent of £36. He is the same person that before offered £35  & as Mr Richard Dobson before offered £36 we Incline to think him deserving of the prefference, but that we Submitt to the Board. We are
