	Inclosed is Severall agreements made with Several Workmen for building & Repairing Housing on the Derwentwater Estate amounting to £494 which please to lay before the Board for their Confirmation.

	Inclosed is also our Cash Accot. for last Month by which please to Observe there is a ballance due from us in favour of the Hospital of £773:16:2¾  .

	The Commissioners are Threatned to be presented for Hartburn Chancell being in bad repair, the Expence of Repairing which (Exclusive of New casting & some additional Lead) by Computation amounts to about £45. This Chancell has always been repaird by the Derwentwater family as they Enjoy’d the great Tyths. Please lay this before the Board for their directions therein. we are

Langley Castle Housing. Edward Brown, Geo. Thompson and Matt. Brown Tenants

      For Edward Browns share of the Farm – Building a Chimney and a Gable End, Putting in a new Door, flagging the House and Milkhouse, Plaistering the same, new Deal Flooring the House, Putting up a new Staircase and partition, pointing the Walls and Roofe, Thatching and Pointing the Byer 60 foot by 21 foot, putting up a Gavell between the Byer and Stable, Building new Barn 24 foot by 16 foot the whole to be done in a workmanlike manner and find all the Materialls Exclusive of Leading     £60

	For Building a new house for Matthew Brown 18 foot long and 15 foot wide and 14 foot high. A Milkhouse 12 foot long by 7 foot broad a Stable 13 foot Long by 15 foot wide and a floor of Deal over it for a Granery, A Barne 24 foot long by 16 foot wide and 11 foot high, a Byer 20 foot long by 16 foot Broad, the whole to be peformed in a Workmanlike manner he finding all Except Leading for    £90

	For Pulling Down the Housing in George Thompsons Possession Building a new house 18 foot long by 15 foot wide and 14 foot high, A Milkhouse 12 foot by 7 foot broad, A Stable 13 foot by 15 foot and a floor of Deal over it for a Granery, a Barne 24 foot long by 16 foot wide and 11 foot high Thatching and Pointing a Byer. The whole to be Done in a Substantiall workmanlike manner and find Materialls Exclusive of Leading   £78



Woodhall low Mill Thomas Cook Tenant

	For Building up the water Gavell End and mending part of the side walls and Covering in part of the Roof of Woodhall Low Mill Exclusive of Leading the sum of     £5:10:0



Coastley Mill

	For purchasing one Gray Stone Leading and laying it on, making a new Inner and Outer Wheel, Nails, Screw bolts, Repairing the Mill, Iron hoopes and Gudgeons, new water Troughs, New Sluce, new Casestocks Coggs and Rounds, new Brayers and a Windlass with Ropes to take up the Stones, Repairing the Dam Pointing and Mending the walls, helping the Thatching of the House and Putting up a new Gavell between the Mill and house. the whole to be done well (he to have wood out of Coastley hope for the Wheels) Exclusive of Leading for      £25

Newlands Mill Rob. <Johnson> and Geo. Dixon Tenants

	For Building  a House 21 foot long by 15 foot Broad and 9 foot High the side walls A New Stable 16 foot by 13 foot and 8 foot high, Taking the Slates off one side of the Mill house and laying them on, finding Lime Laths and Nales and what Slates are wanting, finding wood for a new Cogg Wheel and <Armes>, a sett of new Bucketts, new Windows, Brayer, Head stock and Doggs a pair new Heads Coggs and Rounds, new Troughs, new Ropes, Screw bolts, nails and workmanship , Repairing the Two Dams the whole Exclusive of Leading to be well done for     £70
