To Mr Radley

Sir

We reced. yours when we were abroad, & gott home last Tuesday Night late so that we coud not answer it sooner than this day.

The Lease to Reynold Corbett commences at Mayday 1737, so that if by the Instruction we sent you it is made to Commence at Mayday 1739, it is a mistake in the Coppying; & an omission in not adding the addition of Widdow, to AnnTwizle so that youll please to make Corbetts Commence at Mayday 1737, & Incert in Mrs Twizles Lease Ann Twizle of Hartburngrainge Widdow.

The 1st of this Month we sent Mr Corbett an affidavitt made of the woods of Dilston & Thornbrough being mark’d & numberd & an accot. of Such Trees as we think proper shoud stand as ornam[en]ts but as the Season was so farr spent we advise not to advertize the Sale of any wood this year, to which Letter & affidavitt &c we referr & are Sir Yr most Hble Serts.

      Nicho’ Walton Hugh Boag
