Rav. Castle November 3 : 1739 Sir Last post we wrote you in Regard to the Covenant for grinding att Woodhall Mill and Intended to have Inclosed you a Copy of the memorandum which we have put upon the back of the Commission.rs part of such and we were obliged to altering Counterparts before they were signed; but we are afraid the memorandum was not Inclosed you. We have therefore on the other side sent you not only the mem.um but the Covenant as it stands in the Counterpart. If therefore you can from the pticulars we before sent you & these now make the alterations it will be very well, but if not we can alter the Counterpt & Cure the Commissioners part by a proper memorandum where there is no mill the Covenant must be differently altered so That it is our opinion they had better be all altered here & we are Sir Your most Hble Servts Nichol. Walton PS Pray dont lett the affair of high Stublick Colliery be neglected this Terme for the Tennant suffers greatly
