My dear Sir By the last post I sent Mr Tweedale's accounts of Rents etc but he has omitted one Farm of 144£ per year which I have wrote about. Stanhope rates <8 %> for his Farm houses & 10 % for Cottages, how far he may be right I can't say but I am <sure he will> not exceed his valuation. But he will charge as much for the Reduction as any man can do. I have seen the Archbishop of York this morning and the Appointment of Mr Fleming will immediately take place. I am happy to say that Mrs Beaumont & the Children are all perfectly well. She unites with me in best respects to Mrs Collingwood & Yourself. I am My dear Sir Most Sincerely Yours Tho. Rd.
